Anne Nouri is a broker, auctioneer, and appraiser whose work spans real estate, personal property, estate transitions, and nonprofit fundraising. She studied neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, continued her education at Harvard, trained at Missouri Auction School, and completed the National Auctioneers Association’s three-year Certified Auctioneers Institute program. Before Prime, Anne and her sister built Sorelle Home Decor, a design and manufacturing business featured on television networks worldwide for more than a decade—including HSN, ShopNBC, TVSN (Australia), The Shopping Channel (Canada), Rodgers Network (Canada), Ideal World (England), and NBC. Sorelle’s television sales exceeded $100 million. While manufacturing the Sorelle product line for television audiences worldwide, Anne and her sister maintained offices in Italy, Spain, Poland, China, and Hong Kong. Anne is serving her third year as President of the Florida Auctioneers Association, working alongside her peers in the profession. Community service remains part of her life: she is a past president of the Loudoun Symphony Orchestra and Loudoun Youth Symphony Orchestra, and continues to support nonprofit organizations through benefit-auction work. At Prime, she leads with a simple belief: good service starts with listening and treating every client, family, and cause with care.

Wayne Wheat

Wayne Wheat has conducted auctions for 26 years across the United States and nine countries, working with real estate, personal property, and domain-name assets. His career includes the sale of more than 25,000 homes at auction in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. A graduate of Texas A&M in broadcast journalism and a former U.S. Army officer, Wayne brings discipline and a strong command of the auction room to his work. He is an International Auctioneer Champion and World Champion Auctioneer, and a longtime member of the National Auctioneers Association.

Natalie Moslem

Auction Management & Real Estate

Natalie helps bring Prime Auction Solutions’ auctions from the first conversation to the final sale. Working closely with lead auctioneer Anne Nouri, she coordinates the details behind personal property and real estate auctions: preparing listings and catalogs, organizing photography and item information, developing marketing campaigns, communicating with sellers and bidders, and keeping each stage of the auction on track.

A real estate professional since 2015, Natalie brings experience in luxury homes, investment properties, estate sales, and complex transactions to Prime’s real estate auctions. She understands that selling a property or a lifetime collection can feel overwhelming, and she approaches each project with clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to presenting every asset at its best.

Avisha Kassir

Real Estate · Technology · Design

Avisha Kassir studied management information systems at George Mason University and has a background in design and real estate. She joined Anne in building Sorelle Home Decor and brings that family-business experience to Prime. She is a luxury real estate expert who works with developers and investors on multifamily and investment properties. Her work connects technology and property presentation with the human side of real estate: listening closely, keeping details organized, and helping buyers and sellers move through a complicated process with clear information.

Digital Analytics

Darien graduated from New York University with a degree in Data Science and is a master’s-degree candidate in Data Science and Machine Learning. At Prime, he uses digital analytics to study audiences and market patterns, then presents client assets online with data-informed insight. His work helps Prime understand how buyers discover and engage with property in a changing digital marketplace.
