Two Ways To Work Together

Your Client. Your Role. A Defined Auction Plan.

A seller introduction and a buyer-agent registration are different assignments. Choose the path that matches your client.

For Listing & Seller Agents

Give Your Seller Another Way Forward.

A listing does not need to stall before you discuss an auction. Explore a coordinated campaign while preserving the relationship you have built.

01

Keep The Client Relationship

You remain the client's real estate professional. Prime's auction and marketing role is defined together before a campaign begins.

02

Add A Different Sales Tool

An auction can create a defined decision date and a focused marketing period when a conventional listing needs another path.

03

Bring The Whole Property Story

Prime can coordinate auction-specific presentation, bidder information, and a campaign suited to the property—not a generic one-size-fits-all listing.

04

Know The Roles Up Front

Agency, seller authority, marketing responsibilities, communication, and any referral or cooperation terms are documented before work starts.

For Buyer Agents

Bring Your Buyer To The Auction.

Stay involved as your client explores a property. Register your representation early and clarify auction-specific participation before bidding.

01

Represent Your Buyer

Help your client evaluate the property, plan due diligence, and understand the auction's published dates and purchase framework.

02

Register Your Role Early

Send Prime your buyer-agent registration at least 24 hours before the applicable auction deadline. Prime must acknowledge participation in writing.

03

Keep Bidding Separate

Your buyer creates their own Prime bidding account and completes the auction's identity, payment-card, and property-specific requirements.

04

Confirm Compensation First

Any buyer-broker compensation must be expressly available for that auction and agreed in writing before bidding; it is never assumed.

How Participation Works

No Guesswork About Who Does What.

  1. 01

    Choose Your Path

Tell us whether you are introducing a seller or registering as a buyer's agent for a specific auction.

  2. 02

    Confirm License & Scope

Provide your active license and the jurisdiction where the property is located. Prime reviews the agency and auction-specific requirements.

  3. 03

    Agree In Writing

Prime confirms participation, responsibilities, and any compensation in a written, auction-specific arrangement before you rely on it.

  4. 04

    Move Forward Together

For sellers, shape the marketing plan. For buyers, help your client complete their own bidding registration and due diligence.

Tell Us Who You Represent.

Submit the essentials below. For a buyer, include the specific auction and submit at least 24 hours before its applicable deadline. Prime will review and confirm any participation separately in writing.

Important: This request does not register a bidder, approve agent participation, or establish compensation. Your buyer must complete their own bidding registration.

Questions Agents Ask Before An Auction.

The essentials on representation, licensing, registration, and how Prime evaluates an auction-specific working arrangement.

Read All Common Questions
Will Prime replace me as my seller's agent?

Prime does not assume that role. We discuss the seller's existing representation and define the auction, marketing, communication, and agency responsibilities in writing before an assignment begins. An auction can be a tool within your client's sales strategy.

When must a buyer's agent register with Prime?

Send the buyer-agent participation request at least 24 hours before the applicable auction event or closing deadline. Registration is not complete until Prime confirms it in writing. Individual auctions may have additional requirements and deadlines.

Do I need a real estate license in the property's state?

Yes. Agents seeking participation must hold an active license in the state or jurisdiction where the property is located and comply with its licensing rules. Prime will review the license and the auction-specific arrangement before confirming participation.

Does submitting this form guarantee a referral fee or buyer-broker compensation?

No. Compensation, if offered, depends on the property and a written agreement accepted before the relevant auction activity. This inquiry form is a request for review, not an approval, contract, or guarantee of payment.

Does my buyer still need a bidding account?

Yes. Buyer-agent participation is separate from bidder registration. Your buyer must open their own account and satisfy identity, payment-card, and any property-specific qualification requirements before bidding.
